AC & Heating Maintenance Services

For most of us, our home is the most expensive purchase we make. A place of comfort, security, family and friends all sharing memories. Keeping comfortable in our home is a priority. Regular tune ups and maintenance on your air conditioning/heating systems can help insure you experience better, plus more dependable comfort in your biggest investment.

Having your air conditioning and heating system checked as each season begins can be essential to keeping your system operational and power bills under control.

Low refrigerant/freon levels can cause your power bills to be higher than they need to be, or even the cause the failure of your system. Icing of your coils is a sign of this problem. Checking these levels is important to keep your system working properly.

Inspection of the electrical controls in your units can help prevent failures or even prevent fires in extreme cases.

Properly maintaining your a/c and heating system can extend its life and save you money with lower utility bills.

Inspection of the coils, both indoor and out, to insure they are clean helps keep your system operating efficiently.

Most importantly, having a seasonal system check-up can help prevent equipment failures when you need them the most. We recommend that you have us check your air conditioning system when the outdoor temperatures begin to get around 80 degrees. In our area this is usually around the middle of April. Having your heating side of your system checked when we start to dip into the 60’s will help keep your home warm when it needs it.

Servicing the areas of Fort Walton Beach, Shalimar, Mary Esther, Niceville, Destin and more. Call us to see if we service your area.

Also, don’t forget to get your heating system checked at the beginning of the cooler weather. Many do not realize that your refrigerant/freon levels still play a role for the winter heating season, if you own a heat pump. Gas furnaces need to checked for proper operation and to insure there is no safety issues before heavy use. We recommend getting your heater checked when the outdoor temperatures start dipping into the 50′s. Usually in November.
